How can I fix a worn part?
Most parts are just loose from a weak spring or a small void created by
wear. Once the polymer bushing is injected into the spring area or void
the part is back to tolerances equal to, or in many cases better than new.
Why would I want to restore instead of sell a new part?
Many reasons.
- No parts have to be restored or ordered.
- No waiting for parts delivery eliminating service bay tie-ups.
- Procedure only takes approximately 10 minutes regardless if it's a
tie rod, ball joint or idler arm.
- It saves your customer money.
- You make an 85-90% gross profit.
- No parts inventory necessary.
- Very profitable
- Comes with a 6yr./60,000 mile warranty. (Many retailers offer a
lifetime warranty and add $10 to the retail price.
How can I restore a part with no grease fitting?
You merely drill and tap and make it a grease able joint. Then follow the
normal injection procedure.
Can I grease the part once it is done?
Yes! You drill a grease passage-way back through the polymer bushing when
you are finished. All the necessary tools are provided with the kit.
Will the NU-TECH System work on heavy-duty trucks or equipment?
Yes! The procedure works equally well on trucks, farm, or construction
equipment. The warranty is different on heavy duty trucks. Tie rods and
drag links are warranted for 1 year or 100,000 miles.
Does NU-TECH provide training?
Yes, however a complete training video and instruction manual are provided
with each kit.
